For steel columns, cathodic protection was designed for every 40 years, also maintenance and carbon fiber reinforced polymer strengthening. For cast-in-place reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete jacketing(RCJ) is planned for every 35 years, together with maintenance and cathodic protection.
