These can be the weight of the catenary, the tensile forces with which the catenaries retightened, but also the wind forces,\u00a0 aerodynamic loads acting on catenary, and supporting equipment.<br \/>\nThe picture below shows the pole structural design:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/columna.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6485\" src=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/columna.png\" alt=\"columna\" width=\"165\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Geometry and materials<\/span><br \/>\nIn this case the pole is a conical spun made of concrete, which is well suited for high-speed lines due to their high load-bearing capacity. Spun concrete is reinforced with pre-stressed steel (longitudinal and spiral).\u00a0 They have a circular cross-section and a cavity in the center that extends from top to bottom.<\/p>\n<p>For one spun concrete mast the following materials are used:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/material-columna.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6486\" src=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/material-columna.png\" alt=\"material-columna\" width=\"334\" height=\"64\" srcset=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/material-columna.png 334w, http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/material-columna-300x57.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 334px) 100vw, 334px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Maintenance interventions<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The lifetime of the system is defined as 60 years. Due to its inherent characteristics there is almost no need for maintenance over the life time, in major cases replacement is more suitable.\u00a0 The pole structure and foundation is inspected every 24 month. Maintenance repairs, such as small cracks in the concrete, are fixed every ten years.<\/p>\n<p>1. Repairs in the foundation<br \/>\nDescription: Repair of cracks<br \/>\nIntervals: every 10 years<br \/>\nDuration: 10 days<\/p>\n<p>3.
