The main purpose was to develop maintenance intervention plans for the mentioned subsystems of the road infrastructure system over 30 years and offer a transparent temporal representation of the maintenance activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the maintenance of the road infrastructure system&#8217;s subsystems, maintenance intervention activities were represented by the type of intervention and the corresponding recurrence interval for each subsystem, as defined in the maintenance parameter model. By using the defined maintenance intervention activities for the subsystems of the road infrastructure system, discrete maintenance intervention events were allocated over the analysis period, considering the start time of the analysis period as the initial commissioning time for the subsystems of the road infrastructure system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The generation of the maintenance timelines for the subsystems of the road infrastructure system was conducted using a similar methodological approach for all the subsystems of the road infrastructure system.
