By analyzing interdependencies among the workshop building, educational building, facility management, and residential building, we identified key areas where maintenance strategies could be optimized to ensure seamless functionality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"1000\">The implementation of integrated maintenance scheduling and multi-objective optimization has demonstrated the potential for reducing intervention days, improving resource allocation, and balancing trade-offs between cost, energy consumption, and environmental impact. Through the application of Life-Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), we have established a structured approach for evaluating the long-term implications of various maintenance strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1486\" data-is-last-node=\"\">The findings indicate that a coordinated maintenance framework enhances system longevity, reduces lifecycle costs, and mitigates environmental burdens. Future research could focus on refining optimization algorithms and incorporating real-time monitoring systems to further enhance maintenance efficiency.
