Its proximity to Lindwurmweg and the surrounding pathways enhances mobility and fosters a vibrant, walkable environment. There are a lot of open spaces nearby so the site also holds potential for future expansion while preserving harmony with the existing urban landscape. Given that a percentage (<\/span><b>40-60%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) of residents will work in office spaces, the challenge is to design a flexible, adaptable office structure that efficiently accommodates this workforce without over- or under-utilizing space.
