Urban planning is a complex field that requires a balance between land use, infrastructure efficiency, and sustainable development. The integration of ontological<\/strong> and parametric models<\/strong> offers a structured approach to urban system design, allowing for better decision-making in the spatial organization of buildings, roads, and green spaces. Our goal is to develop an integrated urban complex model that accommodates three building systems (single and multi-story residential buildings and a multi-story office building) while optimizing land allocation, road design, and functional connectivity.<\/p>\n The main goal of this project is to assess the spatial relationships between the office building and the residential buildings<\/strong> in our urban system. We have integrated the parametric model and the<\/strong> ontologies<\/strong> to create an adaptive urban planning that responds to real-world constraints such as population density, road width regulations, and zoning efficiency.
