Various different building parts were defined as building components that have respecting properties such as geometry, material and purpose. The focus was laying on keeping everything as universally as possible so that all properties could be used for all building parts. The following image shows the structure of the ontology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2136\" src=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/FOAB_ontology2.png\" alt=\"foab_ontology2\" width=\"256\" height=\"558\" srcset=\"http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/FOAB_ontology2.png 256w, http:\/\/141.23.68.248\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/FOAB_ontology2-138x300.png 138w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Step 2: The parametric model of a concrete floor slab with beams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The supposedly simple structure of a concrete slab with beams was picked to create a parametric model in Blender &amp; Sverchok aiming to provide a possibility to visualize different layouts of such a structure without big effort.\u00a0After researching the geometrical and statical relations they were implemented in the node editor.
