These structures offer a mix of retail, office, and residential units, equipped with modern amenities and facilities to provide a dynamic living and working environment.\u00a0The office building within our community serves as a hub for businesses and organizations, driving economic growth and employment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Complementing the multi-story buildings are timber-framed residential houses, offering a diverse range of housing options to cater to varying preferences within the community. These houses blend traditional charm with contemporary design and are integrated into neighborhood settings, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The interconnected road network serves as the key of accessibility within our community, intricately linking residential and commercial areas (Figure 2). By prioritizing accessibility, our road infrastructure facilitates seamless movement, enabling easy access to essential services, recreational amenities, and community spaces.
