Among the various systems influencing guest comfort, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems play a significant role.\u00a0The objectives of the HVAC system design are to provide a thermal comfort, good indoor quality and energy conservation [1].\u00a0However, selecting the appropriate HVAC system for a hotel building can be challenging due to high costs and maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.se.com\/in\/en\/assets\/v2\/380\/media\/260560\/900\/hotels-arup-article-IC-980x560.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"514\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">HVAC Systems in Hotels[2]<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>\u00a0Different Options<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When selecting an HVAC system for a hotel building, it&#8217;s essential to consider its impact on operational costs, maintenance requirements, and environmental sustainability over its life cycle.
